  • Why “Moon’s Whisper”?

My boyfriend has been playing Skyrim a lot lately and he came across this “Lunar Forge” (I actually found it first, but didn’t know what to do with it at the time). There he forged himself a great axe with the forge’s enchantment “Moon Burn”. After pondering a bit he named it “Moon’s Howl”. Later he made himself another one, named it “Moon’s Song” and now he is planing to also forge an enchanted dagger naming it “Moon’s Whisper”. I thought it sounded adorable and fitting for a Sailor Moon tumblr ♥

  • Am I allowed to use your gif/cap/edit on my tumblr?

Yes and No.

It’s okay to use them as reaction gifs (making a text post, rambling about life and inserting this gif inside the text post for emphasize, or answering an ask with it or stuff like that) as long as you don’t claim it as yours.

Reposting is strictly forbidden though! 

This means you are not allowed to download any of my gifs and upload them to your own tumblr as a photo/photoset. (You are also not allowed to upload the image anywhere else mind you!) If you want it on your blog then reblog it. Period.

  • Can I use your gif/cap/edit as a sidebar image?
Yes of course, just please give me credit by either linking me in your description, linking the sidebar image or giving me credit somewhere else on your tumblr.
You could even just /ask and I would provide you with a watermark-free version or a different resolution or even a different colour to match your tumblr. I don’t bite, I’m nice. So don’t hesitate asking for stuff like that.
  • Is this a Sailor Moon edits only tumblr?

Yes.

  • Can I edit your gif/cap/edit? 

No.

If you want a specific caption on a gif then there is a good chance that I already made that gif and it’s just sitting in the queue (although I think I’ll be posting the caption-version first from now on). If it doesn’t turn up then go ahead and request it and I will put it right on top of my queue!

If you see a mistake on one of my images (a gif is moving way to fast or there is a spelling mistake in an image) please go ahead and tell me so, I’ll greatly appreciate it!

  • What kind of resources do you use?

For my normal gifs and caps I don’t use any at all, anything I could have used for one of my rare, rare edits can be found here. The fonts I use are all free fonts that you can either find on dafont or Google Webfonts (my collection).

  • What Sailor Moon version do you use?

I’m watching and using the subbed Japanese original (and you should too, mainly because the US dub is missing a ton of episodes). SMC provides excellent downloads, so check it out if you are searching for a download source!

Regarding the manga, I would recommend the wonderfully edited and translated reprint scanlations by Miss Dream. Their work is also the one I use for any rare occurences of manga images on this tumblr.

For the art books, googling usually works, I downloaded the scanlations of the Japanese original somewhere as a torrent, but I also have the German counterparts sitting on my shelf.
